 Overview

This control system is based on the development and design of the second-generation ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller. It has a high-performance, low-power 32-bit microprocessor, its operating frequency is up to 120MHz, the performance is much higher than that of 16-bit and 12MHz microcontrollers, and it has large-capacity flash memory, large-capacity SRAM, abundant IO port resources and other peripheral components. The highly integrated measurement and control system has the characteristics of better real-time performance, faster speed and higher stability.

The control system uses the 24-bit error-free AD chip based on Σ-Δ technology, and the advanced PID control algorithm makes the control stable and reliable, and the data safe and reliable.

 

 

1, seven inch touch screen LCD, intuitive display, simple and convenient operation.

2, equipped with speakers, key parts for voice prompt or alarm.

3, adjust the heating tube at both ends of the voltage way temperature control, with 120 and 50℃/ hour uniform temperature.

 

4, with a four-station deformation acquisition interface, using a dial meter as a displacement measuring element (0.001mm). The following picture provides 3V power supply for E10 series dial meter without battery; A data cable is also provided.

 

5, with micro printer output interface, convenient detection records to save files.

 

6, automatic calculation of load and deflection

After entering the sample size, it can automatically calculate the load to be loaded and thermal deformation deflection and other parameters.
