Our company is equipped with a professional after-sales service team, responsible for technical services such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of instruments and equipment.
Our company promises that the product comes with a two-year free warranty and lifetime maintenance from the date of purchase.
Please keep the user's purchase contract as a warranty certificate properly.
If any of the following situations occur with the product, it is not covered by this warranty and a certain amount of parts and repair fees will be charged during maintenance.  
※ No purchase contract, malicious arrears of payment, or failure to stamp the distributor's seal.
Unauthorized alteration of purchase contracts or invoices.
Due to improper operation or unauthorized disassembly or modification without our company's consent.
Malfunctions caused by improper handling, handling, falling, or water ingress after purchase.
Malfunctions and damages caused by uncontrollable natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, and external factors such as abnormal voltage.  
Exceeding the free warranty period (limited to two years from the date of purchase).    
Our company has already purchased insurance for the products specified in the delivery contract during transportation. Any product quality issues caused during transportation shall be repaired or replaced by our company, and the cost shall be borne by our company; But the purchaser must cooperate with the supplier to obtain proof of instrument damage during transportation, so that the supplier can file a claim with the insurance company.
The free warranty period for the product is within two years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, corresponding parts damaged due to defects in raw materials and manufacturing processes will be replaced free of charge;
We attach great importance to the feedback from users on the quality of our company's products, and will provide handling suggestions within 4 hours regardless of whether they come in person, call, or write to us. And immediately notify the user.
Our company implements lifelong maintenance and supply of spare parts required for maintenance of products sold to various customers;
Our company provides one-time free training for the purchaser's operators after the sale of instruments, enabling trainees to understand the working principles, operating procedures, and maintenance methods of the equipment;
Our company has established customer profiles for regular service and quality tracking;
The company will regularly send feedback officers to customer units to solicit opinions, check the operation of equipment, and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
If there are product quality problems after the warranty period, the cost of accessories will be charged; If on-site maintenance is required, the travel expenses and subsidies of the debugging personnel will be charged.  
All computer control products with software in our company are responsible for free software upgrades.
